This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
1. Your account
One person or one business per account, with true details. Keep your API keys to yourself: you are responsible for everything done with them.
2. Plans and billing
Paid plans are paid through Stripe and renew until you cancel. A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period. The refund rules are on the refunds page. Card charges appear as DEVELOPERDATA.NET. Billing questions: https://developerdata.net/support?tab=charge. If a partner referred you, your purchase may be credited to that partner; this never changes the price you pay.
3. Fair use
Your plan's limits (calls a minute, calls a day or a month, the number of keys) are the fair-use line. Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the website instead of using the API. We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
4. The data: use it, do not replicate it
You may use what the API gives you in your own work, apps, sites and screens, and show results to your own users. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own, download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.
Some show and episode information is based on data from TVmaze, used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence, and some station details on Wikipedia, under the same licence. Where you show that information, credit its source in the same way.
5. Acceptable use
Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first, no attempts to reach another member's data, and no scraping pages that the API already offers.
6. Accuracy
The data is gathered with care and given as it is, without a warranty that it is complete or free of mistakes. Schedules change, sometimes at short notice. Sports information is factual data, not advice or a tip, and not betting advice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and show its state on the status page, but promise no uptime unless a plan says one.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
9. Suspension and closing
We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms; a serious breach can be acted on without notice, and an account closed for a breach is not refunded. You can close your account at any time from your account (see the privacy notice, deleting an account).
10. Changes to these terms
The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
11. Law and contact
The law of Thailand applies, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute. Questions go through support.
