Paging and fields

Lists return up to limit items (default 100, at most 500). When there are more, meta.next holds a cursor: pass it as cursor for the next page, until it is null. A cursor fixes the result set, so pages never shift while you read them.

Ask for fewer fields with fields=start,title,episode: smaller answers, faster.
